Advancing the Art of Professional Airless Spraying
Mission Statement EnduraSpray Technologies, LLC is driven to advance the art of airless spray application. We are committed to pushing the boundaries of spray orifice design. Our goals are to improve product life, increase efficiency, refine quality and reduce cost.
Company History The roots of EnduraSpray Technologies, LLC began in 2003 with the idea that an airless spray tip should last much longer than what was available at the time. Turning that idea into reality was a monumental task.
Roger Conatser, the founder of EnduraSpray Technologies, in 2003 had nearly 20 years experience in the painting industry designing airless spray equipment. With an idea and not much else, he set out to accomplish what no one else had been able to do, achieve a ten fold increase in the life of an airless spray tip.
The traditional Tungsten Carbide grades used by other spray tip manufacturers, even the best known manufacturers, were obviously not an option. To make the significant leap forward in spray tip life, the materials would have to be exceptionally hard, possibly approaching the hardness of diamond. A number of materials were considered. The one chosen was Cerbide. Cerbide has phenomenal wear properties. However, selecting the material was the easy part. With increased hardness and wear resistance comes other challenges, such as increased brittleness. It was this challenge which proved to be the most difficult to overcome. However, through perseverance this challenge was conquered.
The resulting spray orifice is a marvel of innovation. With a useful life in excess of ten times that of traditional spray tips at spray pressures up to 5500psi, it is perfectly suited for a range of applications.
What We Do EnduraSpray Technologies provides both finished product and product design assistance.
Products: Our product line consists of three spray tip grades: Contractor, Ultra and HD-Ultra.
The Contractor line are airless spray tips equivalent to those you can purchase at any paint store.
The Ultra line have maximum working pressures of 3300psi and last up to 10 times longer then competitive contractor grades.
The HD Ultra line have maximum working pressures of 5500psi and last up to 10 times longer then competitive Heavy Duty grades.
Design Assistance: We are very open to helping others improve their knowledge base. We can assist by helping with evaluation of your existing spray orifices. Or, we can provide the critical design geometry's if you would prefer to reference proven designs used in the industry.
We can help evaluate geometry, pattern quality, droplet size distribution and flow rate.
Our propriety orifice measurement system can determine all the critical orifice geometry's from a finished airless spray orifice.
